Overview
After the American victory in the American Revolution, America's leaders weren't sure about establishing a new government because they feared that tyranny would be replaced by the new government. As a result, the first US Constitution and the Articles of Confederation decentralized a new government. In result, the Constitution created federalism, made an agreement and any laws passed under it.
