Article 3 Section 1 of the Constitution deals with the judicial branch; the Supreme Court is the head of this. Here, is where Congress is given power, they can pass laws, Federal judges are appointed, etc. Section 2 establishes the federal court jurisdictions. The federal court can decide cases involving some federal laws, arguments between some states, and arguments of the people living in those states. Section 3 deals with treason and how serious the Framers took it.
